UPDATE

I still haven't decided who to hire now. I have already accepted 1 and I'm willing to add more. It's just hard to decide because people want to be the judge of all the challenges. It's not that I don't allow it (I even said you can lol), I just want to give others a chance. SO NOW, I just want to tell you that Blupompoms is still looking for staff! AND I ESPECIALLY NEED A LAYOUT MAKER! :) YAAAAAAAAAAAAY. :D

Hohuuuuum. And do you see the new skin? It's temporary. If ever someone wants to make the layout then this skin would be replaced. Haha. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY. I don't know what to say anymore.

Also, I've decided to make a Youtube account for the singing and dancing challenges. :)

Hello again! I'm back! (: I just saw the result of the poll and I figured that people want a singing-dancing-writing-graphic challenge site. Yay~ The poll is still open though. You can still vote! Just scroll down ^^

Anyway, I don't want to open a challenge site where no one is going to join! (: So here's another poll:

Um, I'm also here to look for STAFF! Yay~ I only need a few so yes! (:

1. Co-webmistress: I need someone who isn't busy. I mean, who is not VERY busy. I need someone who can manage the site every time I can't (it won't happen always!). A co-webmiss will only do a few things: help me advertise a little, manage the site if I can't, help me judge and reply to e-mails blah blah. It would be great if you can do a layout!
   
2. Layout Maker: A layout maker does layouts! LOL~ I don't need a very extravagant layout. A simple one would be great! (: The layout maker stays forever! Or until whenever he/she want.
3. Singing and Dancing Judge: I need 3! This is simple. A S/D judge will do nothing but JUDGE! He/she will grade the entry from 1-10 (1 being the lowest). It will be great if he/she does covers but if she doesn't, it doesn't matter.
4. Graphic Design Judge: Again, I need 3! It would be great if he/she knows how to edit photos. So if you want apply, you can send in your samples too!
5. Writing Judge: I need 3! The judge will do a short review and then judge! (:
6. Advertiser: An advertiser will have the advertise the site!
